It allows users to manage the complete document lifecycle of any electronic file, utilizing electronic signatures and a streamlined workflow. It can reset training requirements for new document revisions, track employee roles and responsibilities, and monitor certification, recertification, and training classes or events. Reports can be generated to show when recertification is due or nearly due, as well as employee training history for evaluations or reviews. Additionally, it can scan and link classes.
